Client: The documentary Why They Run
This site was designed for the documentary "Why They Run." The film follows five runners as they prepare to run the Chicago Marathon on behalf of the Team In Training charity. The overall feel of the site was chosen to show the struggle and commitment it takes to finish a marathon. The mood is somber and reflective, but still inspiring and hopeful.
Client: Chicago-based musician Lesley Spencer
This site was designed as the home base for Chicago-based musician Lesley Spencer. The goal of this site was to integrate Lesley's music into the pages unobtrusively and elegantly. The menu bar remains a constant at the top of each page, allowing visitors to navigate back and forth throughout the entire site with ease. The front page was designed to allow the incorporation of new releases as they are developed.

Lewis Hollow Recordings
Client: Jeremy Enigk
This identity was created for Lewis Hollow Recordings. The inspiration was a play on the word "hollow," which led to the vision of a wooded area. While it was required for the logo to have a natural feel, it also needed to be contemporary and fit in with the independent music scene. The font choice is unique enough on its own to create a distinct identity for the record label.

Klassman Financial Services Logo
Client: Klassman Financial Services
This was a logo chosen from a group of about 10-15 identities given to the client. In collaboration with Ingy Creative, we presented a variety of options ranging from obscure icon to plain text. The selected logo was designed to give an abstract yet clean vision of security. The logo is tall and strong, giving the impression of stability and growth.
